Pastel Lila’s Itoh Peony has a single-flower form. When peonies have this shape, it allows their stamens to shine from the center of each bloom. This is especially gorgeous on Pastel Lila’s, whose flowers display a wonderful ombre effect. Its soft raspberry petals grow darker toward its brilliant golden stamens. It produces an abundance of gorgeous blooms through an extended season. This Itoh peony is more disease resistant than its herbaceous and tree peony ancestors.
