Green Mountain Boxwood is a small dark green evergreen shrub that is hardy in northern climates. It is great at being shaped into a pyramidal form as it has a more upright growth habit than other boxwoods. It is not a large plant growing to just 3 ft. tall and 2 ft. W in 5-years. Deer tend to avoid it, and it does well in partial sun. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 8.
